Harris Sports Centre opened in January 2008. The centre has a large 4 Badminton Court Sports Hall, Mirrored Dance Studio a fully equipped Fitness Suite and Changing rooms with disabled access we also have 4 Outdoor Tennis and Netball Courts, Rugby and Football Pitch's and a Cricket Pitch with nets for hire all at very competitive rates.

  FITNESS SUITE

 
Our Fitness Suite has some of NAUTILUS's most up to date equipment which includes 3 Treadmills, 4 Cycles, 4 Concept 2 Rowing machines, 2 Elliptical Cross Trainers, 9 Static Weight Stations and various loose weights.
 
 

   DANCE STUDIO

 
Our exercise classes take place in the Dance Studio, they range from BodyAttack and Body Combat to Step, Trim and Tone, Early Morning Yoga and Pilates.
